Terms of Delivery
All prices quoted are final prices including VAT. Despite all due care, even we can make a mistake. We therefore reserve the right to deliver your order in the event of errors, unjustifiable price and product changes or delivery bottlenecks on the part of our suppliers. The delivery time stated on the item page refers to the current stock level. If several identical items are ordered in excess of stock, the delivery time may change. In this case, we will inform you of the delivery delay by e-mail on the next working day. As a rule, the selected shipping method has no influence on the specified delivery time. If you need your order at short notice, it is best to ask our customer service for the current delivery time. The delivery times can be found in the product description. If no delivery time is specified, the delivery time is 3 - 5 working days.
Useful information on dispatch time and delivery
The following shipping methods are available:
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is usually carried out by DHL. We usually hand over every order to DHL on the following working day. DHL dispatches the parcel one working day later. The dispatch time is usually 1-2 working days. You can therefore expect to receive your parcel after 2-3 working days. Working days include Mon-Fri. You will receive the tracking number from us by e-mail when the parcel is dispatched. DHL will also inform you by SMS (if you have provided a mobile phone number) or by e-mail about the upcoming delivery. The consignee must be present at the time of delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is usually deposited in a DHL Pickup Shop.
Priority surcharge
Priority dispatch means that your order is given priority processing by our company. This usually shortens the delivery time stated in the item description by one working day. Please note that longer dispatch times due to further processing of a product type cannot necessarily be influenced by this. For example, if the regular dispatch time is 3-5 working days, priority dispatch means 2-4 working days. A dispatch time of 10 working days is reduced to 9 working days with priority dispatch.

For these payment methods, the delivery address must match the billing address. Delivery to packing stations is not possible.
Cash on delivery
For cash on delivery, payment is made to the postman. We currently only offer this shipping method via Deutsche Post. The combination of cash on delivery and express is unfortunately not offered. For cash on delivery values over 250 EUR, we usually ship with DHL parcel.
Prepayment
When paying in advance, the goods can only be handed over to the shipping service provider after receipt of payment. Please note this for urgent orders.
